Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Application

All membership applications are subject to approval by WeGolf management. WeGolf reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

2. Membership Fees and Payment

• Membership fees are payable in advance for the selected period (Monthly or Quarterly)
• All fees are non-refundable once paid
• Late payment may result in suspension of membership privileges
• WeGolf reserves the right to change membership fees with 30 days' notice

3. Membership Benefits

• Benefits are specific to each membership tier as outlined in the membership packages
• Benefits cannot be transferred to other individuals
• WeGolf reserves the right to modify benefits with reasonable notice
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing period

4. Facility Rules and Regulations

• Members must follow all posted rules and safety instructions
• Proper golf attire is required at all times
• Respectful behavior towards staff and other members is mandatory
• No outside food or beverages are permitted
• Members are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Advance booking is required for all sessions
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session
• WeGolf reserves the right to cancel sessions due to maintenance or emergencies

6. Membership Suspension and Termination

• WeGolf may suspend or terminate membership for violation of rules
• Membership may be terminated for non-payment of fees
• Members may cancel their membership with 30 days' written notice
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of membership

7. Liability and Insurance

• Members participate at their own risk
• WeGolf is not responsible for personal injury or property damage
• Members are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage
• All members must sign a liability waiver before using facilities

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• WeGolf collects and processes personal data in accordance with privacy laws
• Personal information will be used for membership management purposes
• WeGolf will not share personal information with third parties without consent
• Members have the right to access and correct their personal information

9. Force Majeure

WeGolf shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Pakistan.

11. Amendments

WeGolf reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes with reasonable notice.
